Where do I confirm my reservation ?

All flights should be confirmed with the airline directly. We recommend that you do so at least 24 hours prior to departure.

How do I confirm my seat assignments ?

You’ll need to call the airline directly. For contact information, please see airlines website
On certain flights, the airline will allow A1 Travel to request seat assignments but you need to reconfirm them with the airline before departure.

What will I receive from A1 Travel and what do I need to take to the airport if I have an electronic ticket ?

If you have purchased e-tickets you need to carry your electronic ticket with you as your ticket record is stored in the airline’s computer system. If you purchased a paper ticket, it will be shipped to you by Fedex.

What to take to the airport ?

For travel within the United States, all you need is your government-issued photo ID, although some airlines also require that you show the credit card used to purchase your ticket. For international travel, a passport is usually required and a visa may also be required, depending on your destination.

If you have already used some of the flights on the ticket ?

Partially used non-refundable tickets generally have no value for future purchase or exchange once the flight dates have passed.

If the ticket is not used:

The ticket can be used towards the purchase of another non-refundable ticket. Some restrictions apply.
The ticket must be used by the same person. You cannot change the name as the ticket is non transferable.
Must use the same airline for your new itinerary.
Most airlines require that you complete travel on the new itinerary within one year of the original issue date of the ticket. This means you must return from the new trip by that date.
No refund or credit value given on lesser value tickets.
Original itinerary must be cancelled within a certain timeframe prior to the first flight departure.

Airlines impose a fee to reissue non-refundable tickets. This fee varies by airline and cannot be waived. The average fee is $250. If the fare of the new itinerary is higher than the value of the original ticket, you must pay the difference and the reissue fee.

To review the refund and penalty rules for changes or cancellations to a reservation please call customer service.

What travel documents do I need to go through airport security ?

Passengers must present a valid government issued passport and an airline issued boarding pass for the current date to proceed through airport security to the gate.
